2. Data we collect

Required fields allow us to process your request. If incomplete, the request cannot be sent through the form. Avoid including medical records, clinical photographs or detailed health information in an initial inquiry.

• Full name, email address and telephone number with international dialing code.
• Procedure or area of interest, evaluation preference where requested, and information included in your inquiry.
• Acceptance record and submission details such as source page, date, event identifier, IP address, browser and campaign or click identifiers where available.

4. Processing and consent

Processing takes place within the framework of Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its current regulation.

By submitting a request and accepting this policy, you authorize use of the information provided to register and answer your inquiry. This is not medical consent or general permission to send advertising. You may withdraw consent where applicable, without affecting processing lawfully carried out beforehand.

5. Data retention

Data is retained for the time needed to answer and follow up on your request, maintain the relevant relationship or meet legal obligations. You can ask about retention or request cancellation through the contact email.

6. Recipients and tools

To manage requests, we may use hosting, email, contact-management, security, analytics and advertising-measurement providers, and disclose information where legally required.

Depending on enabled services, the website may use Umami, Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Meta Platforms tools. If Meta Conversions API is enabled, a submission may generate a conversion event containing campaign identifiers, technical metadata and hashed, normalized contact data for conversion measurement and deduplication. Hashing does not anonymize these data.

Browser technologies and server-side measurement are separate processes. Their processing must comply with applicable authorizations and conditions.

7. International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside Peru. Use of their services must comply with the conditions and safeguards required by applicable rules. You can request information about processing through the published email.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), and withdraw consent where applicable. To make a request, contact us by email and indicate the right you wish to exercise.

You may also contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection if you believe your rights have not been addressed.

9. Security

We use technical controls to protect forms and manage requests. No Internet transmission method is entirely infallible; avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for initial guidance.
